Delete your Feedwise account

You can request deletion even if you have uninstalled Feedwise. You do not need an active subscription.

Request deletion by email

Email hello@feedwise.app from the address linked to your Feedwise account. Ask us to delete your account and associated data. If you want only subscription-related data or a waitlist entry removed, say that instead.

Request account deletion

This opens your email app. Send the email to submit your request. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes or payment-card details. We may ask for additional information to verify ownership.

Delete from inside the app

Open You → Account & deletion, sign in to the account you want to remove, then choose Delete account and confirm. Free browsing does not require an account. On a paired Family device, this removes that device's account and pairing; it does not delete the parent's separate account.

What is removed

Account deletion removes the relevant Feedwise authentication account and email, linked Family profiles, rules, pairing records and reported daily usage, and a matching waitlist entry. Parent account deletion removes that family's linked data. Other users' accounts remain separate.

In-app deletion clears cached Family data on that device. Personal blocking settings and local history are kept. To erase local app data, use your device's app-storage controls. Social-platform accounts and records must be managed with each platform.

Subscription records and timing

In-app deletion does not automatically erase RevenueCat billing records. Include subscription-related data in your email request if you want us to remove records held by us or RevenueCat. We aim to complete verified support requests within 30 days. If we must retain records for legal, accounting, security or fraud-prevention reasons, we explain what is retained, why and for how long in our response. Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting an account or requesting data deletion does not stop renewal. Manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions on Android, or Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on iPhone.
