How to block YouTube Shorts on iPhone and Android
YouTube's own 'hide Shorts' button lasts 30 days. Here is how to remove the Shorts tab, the Shorts shelf and the home feed for good.
YouTube has a "Not interested" option and, on some accounts, a "hide Shorts shelf" button on the home page. Both come back after thirty days. The Shorts tab in the bottom bar cannot be removed inside the app.
